Capturing the spirit of our journey at JKA Catmon, where every punch, stance, and practice builds not only skill but also character. Guided by our dedicated main instructor, Sensei Eugene, temporarily led by Sensei Jerry, whose expertise and commitment have inspired us, and with the steadfast assistance of Senpai Eunice Bendol, we continue to grow as a karate family.

This November, we proudly welcomed our new white belts, marking the beginning of their journey toward mastery. From focused drills to powerful kata, every training moment strengthens confidence, resilience, and teamwork.
